21/4/ · I have an issue when I subscribe a mod from Workshop it doesn't initiate the download. If it does initiate it, it shows up in downloads but doesn't progress at all. If I restart Steam the download is gone and nothing happens. They do not appear in in-game workshop lists, but I checked the steam workshop folder for some of the games, and there are blank folders which are, presumabely, steam workshop mods not downloading the items that are not downloading. However, if you download a game after workshop content has been subscribed to, the workshop mods will download, without notifying you.
